    About the Job

    • Fulfill existing opening vacancies to ensure alignment of recruitment with manpower plan
    • Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals
    • Conduct face to face interviews, deliver full detailed information about the company, job role, package along with the benefits
    • Create job offers for accepted candidates and do the needed archival
    • Update applicant status on the company’s database
